    "content": " Thank you for the opportunity to support the proposed amendments by Hon. Atandi. We are speaking about an issue where more than 4,000 people are affected. When I look through the recommendations by the Committee, I realise something. If we talk about the speed at which the receiver manager is going to work, how much time is reasonable? It is extending their suffering. Even if we say that we are going to fast-track, what does ‘fast- tracking’ mean in this country? Even if they say that the CMA Act needs to be changed, how long will it take to change it? Debating this issue in the House yet the Committee on Implementation is toothless or we have not attached the right institution to do what they are supposed to do is not good enough. Therefore, I support Hon. Atandi’s amendments. Oversight does not necessarily mean that we should look at the submissions and compile them.
