    "content": " Thank you Hon. Temporary Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. I would have been a victim of Cytonn High Yields Solution Platform. I remember when it was founded in 2014, they had an aggressive marketing strategy. They advertised some very appealing and attractive products. I thank God I did not fall prey but empathise with many Kenyans who lost their money because they fell prey to this trap. They would call, advertise and promise very high returns with no risks. I think that should always be the red flag. When Kenyans are promised very high returns on an investment with no risks, they should think twice before investing."
