    "content": "The Supreme Court cautioned against undue interference with ongoing processes in other arms of Government and stated that the court will not question each and every procedural infraction that may occur in either of the Houses of Parliament. That the Supreme Court emphasized that the courts cannot supervise the workings of Parliament and the institutional comity between the three arms of government must not be endangered by unwarranted intrusions into the workings of one arm by the other.
