    "content": "The Committee on Labour and Social Welfare should follow up and make sure the recommendations are implemented. The Board of the National Employment Authority must be disbanded because they exposed many young Kenyans by allowing fraudulent recruitment agencies to take Kenyans for a ride. I thank you on behalf of the great people of Nandi and the 5,000 young people from North Rift who were conned. We have buried several young people and their parents who have committed suicide. I am grateful and may the good lord continue to bless the Senate. These recommendations must be implemented immediately. The DPP must prosecute all people who were involved, no matter how high or powerful they are. I thank you."
