Standing Order No.55(1) states - “The facts on which a request for Statement is based may be set briefly, but extracts from newspapers and other media or quotations from speeches shall not be admissible.” Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wanted your guidance because as the Senator of Bungoma County was requesting his Statement, he mentioned that the investigation of NHIF by the media House as his basis."
