    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I rise, pursuant to Standing Order No. 53 (1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries regarding the Artificial Insemination(AI) Goat Centre in Ahiti Ndomba in Kirinyaga County. In the Statement, the Committee should- (1) Provide clarification on the launch date of the AI Goat Centre in Ahiti Ndomba, including details on the investment cost and the expense associated with semen extraction; (2) Enumerate the types, names and quantity of goat breeds present at the Centre; (3) Specify the beneficiaries and counties involved in the operations; and, (4) Outline the number of individuals employed at the centre and provide details on their composition.
