    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 228. Four to five months ago, I made a Statement in this hon. House on the Status of the medical insurance of our Kenya Police officers. Since then, nothing has happened. That Statement was committed to the Standing Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. I have not received communication from them. I am in the dark in as far as that matter is concerned. I therefore rise pursuant to Standing Order No. 228(i) to seek clarity on that particular Statement. I thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker."
