    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I will contribute to this Motion of adjournment by supporting it. The Senate is creating a bad precedent. I have observed that Members have brought Motions of adjournment to discuss serious issues. Nonetheless, when the Motion is moved for debate, we do not discuss the substance of the issues in it. We degenerate into our political parties and lose the entire idea of bringing up the Motion of Adjournment. This is a very serious matter. I disagree with Members who have spoken earlier, particularly the Senate Majority Whip who said that this is not a Government problem. I state here that this is a Government problem.
