    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir, for protecting me. I never thought Sen. M. Kajwang’ would be speaking across the aisle. On a serious note, it is important that we resolve the issue of leaseholds. If your leasehold of 99 years ends, unless it is renewed, you have to vacate the land and revert back to the original owner. This is an important Petition and I hope we can give the people of Kisii County the justice they deserve for them to go and live on their land and leave the riparian land for conversation."
