    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir for this opportunity to add my voice on this matter. This is not the first time this House is debating this Motion. We had a similar Motion on the matter involving the impeachment of the Meru Governor. We also had a similar Motion on the matter involving the Deputy Governor of Siaya County. Nearly 90 per cent of the Members in this House supported the idea of the committee. Everyone who stood up gave good and valid reasons why we needed to constitute a Special Committee. Sitting in this Chamber and listening to the Senator for Kirinyaga, I wonder what has changed. The HANSARD is there to offer evidence.
