We need to call a spade a spade and stop the creation of oligarchs. The schemes we are seeing in this country through the affordable housing project, what is happening is very simple. This country has developed a character where people who are in Government trade in Government. The people that you are seeing as developers are appendages of people who are in Government. They are not far from the people who are in Government. People use the fact that they are in power to bring these affordable housing schemes and after doing so, because they want to get the land for free, they give it to developers and in those development firms, they own pseudo shares through proxies."
