    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the currency that is available is adequate in stock and, therefore, there is no need for new printing or tendering for new currency. As this House is already aware, the Constitution, itself, has made it clear that new currency that it to be printed must be done in a different format. So, that is what has to happen before even any new tender can be issued. We must, first of all, approve, as a country, the new notes that will be in circulation."
