In terms of what has been said many times about preferably having national schools in every constituency and centres of excellence that we are creating so that we recruit and admit students from across the board, more importantly, we should recruit teachers and ensure that like all civil servants they teach in any part of this country. If we add all our 250,000 primary and secondary school teachers represented across the country, it is unlikely that we can even have a repeat of the ethnic clashes, because every community will be represented or have people coming from their community who will be working in another part of this country.
