I wonder when police will ever complete investigations, especially at a time like this when we are dealing with emergency situations and grenade attacks which have affected 25 Kenyans in various places. When does the police plan to complete these investigations, so that they can know for sure who were behind the grenade attacks that affected the lives of 25 Kenyans?"
