    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, first of all, indeed, the police have not sat on its laurels as far as this matter is concerned. The main reason that investigations are being carried out is because as hon. Members are aware, on 25th October, 2011, police acting on information from the public, tracked and arrested one suspected member of Al Qaeda in Kayole Estate, namely, Mr. Elgiva Bwire Oliacha alias Seid Din alias Mohammed alias Jaffa and the following arms were recovered from his house: One AK 47 Rifle, 13 hand grenades, two pistols, two revolvers, one sub-machine gun and 717 assorted types of ammunition."
