"content": "Prime Minister’s Question Time. It does not say how supplementary questions will be asked. But if you look at Standing Order No.2 - the interpretation of a Minister means the President, the Vice-President, the Prime Minister, a Deputy Prime Minister or other Minister. It includes the Attorney General, Assistant Minister and any person who holds temporarily any such office. Therefore, it would appear that in line with that definition, supplementary questions to the Prime Minister squarely come under Standing Order No. 44 just like to any other Minister. I am seeking your clarification because the way the supplementary questions to the Prime Minister have been handled is very restrictive and, as Members, we feel we are not being given ample opportunity to utilize that opportunity to thoroughly interrogate the Prime Minister on the running of Government business. I am seeking your clarification that, indeed, supplementary questions have to be handled in similar manner to any other Question before this House."
