    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I am surprised by the statement made by the Member that no evident security precautions have been placed in public places. Both visible and invisible surveillance have been laid out. May I also remind the Members that in Parliament which is an important strategic place, every Member who goes through the gate including everybody else, are subjected to serious surveillance."
