    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while appreciating the work that the Government is doing, I recently watched a feature by one of the media houses showing a package placed at the Kencom Bus Stop and Kenyans were just passing by. It was a package that looked suspicious. Kenyans passed by it for over two hours and nobody looked at it. When the Minister says that he has carried out enough civic education and sensitization, can I put it to him that I do not think that, that has been done sufficiently. Could he inform the House what he is going to do to ensure that Kenyans understand how these kind of attacks are undertaken and what packages would be used to mount them?"
