    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I will answer part one of the Question by the Member for Nyakach. We followed through our commitment to investigate the security situation in Sondu area at the border of Kisumu and Kericho counties. That area is prone to recurrent violence. I agree with the Member for Nyakach that the latest surge of violence in October was regrettable. When we made an inquiry, we found out that there was laxity among our officers who had command responsibility in that area. That is why we have taken measures to transfer them from that area."
