"content": "The most recent one is a family where there is a Member of County Assembly (MCA), Member of the County Executive Committee (CEC) in charge of Education and a school principal who were held hostage for seven hours. While at that, two school-going ladies were gang raped throughout the seven hours within the same area where the Cabinet Secretary has stated that there is heightened security. Can we get guarantee that there is much more that needs to be done and the Ministry is putting all its efforts towards ensuring that our people are safe? Thank you."
