Could the Cabinet Secretary: (a) Explain why bandits are still occupying areas declared as disruptive and dangerous in Baringo South Constituency, the delay in undertaking security operations to remove the bandits, indicate the number of National Police Reservists (NPRs) that have been killed by bandits and explain the support that the affected families will get.
