"content": " The Member for Baringo South has really interfered with my Question. In the second part, I asked the Cabinet secretary to explain why the OCS of Kathwana Police Station sent officers to make arrests without being armed or wearing the official uniform while on duty. The other bit that I said is that the OCPD who attended the funeral – and I was there – assured the family that somebody from the deceased family would be recruited to the Police Force. My people in Endebess are watching. They want to hear the response from the Cabinet Secretary."
