"content": "1. AAR Insurance, leading a consortium with Jubilee Insurance and APA Insurance, which quoted Ksh14.8 billion. 2. Kenya Alliance Insurance Company, which quoted Ksh12.8 billion. 3. A consortium led by CIC General Insurance, Old Mutual and Britam, which quoted Ksh8.6 billion 4. NHIF quoted Ksh9.365 billion. The successful bidder was declared CIC Insurance and the consortium based on the criteria set in the tender documents for Ksh8.6 billion.
