Equally, I had asked for a Ministerial Statement from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance in April with regard to the discrepancies in revenue accounts. Actually, the Statement was supposed to be issued yesterday and he did indicate that he will do so today. You will agree with me that if our revenue accounts have discrepancies, this country has no way of knowing whether what is reported to us as having been collected is truly what is collected by the Government of Kenya."
