    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to the President’s Address on the State of the Nation. The President’s Speech was accurate and had a lot of impact on the future of this country. I would like to comment on the Universal Health Care. Healthcare in this country is very critical and His Excellency the President ‘aroused’ the UHC just the other day. Kenyans are convinced that primary healthcare back in their villages will be of importance. The Government is focused on service delivery, health financing and governance. These are the pillars of healthcare in this country to ensure that Kenyan citizens are able to access UHC. The Facilities Improvement Act is very important as most of the health facilities will be retaining the funds they collect so that their facilities can be revamped by supplementing the contribution from the county. The Digital Health Care Act to establish comprehensive integrated digital health information system is very important since it will enable accessibility and communication of various activities in health institutions."
