    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for giving me this opportunity to contribute to the President's Speech. At the outset, the President's Speech was good. I say so because he touched on issues that affect our people. The first issue that he touched on is the youth. We will have digital hubs in our constituencies that will help create jobs for the youth. He also touched on subsidised fertilisers which will provide a long-term solution to hunger in the country. Availability of fertilisers will ensure that farmers grow their own food and have bumper harvest, thus securing the country from hunger. It is also a solution because it will not only put food on the table, but will also be a source of income to farmers. The President also touched on education. He has ensured that a good number of teachers are hired in primary schools. We had a shortage of teachers in the country. He touched on matters education in general especially on issues that have been affecting us."
