    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for protecting me. As I was saying, the President talked about education by stating the number of teachers that were hired. He also talked about the plan to have our children get access to university education through Government loans so that they can further their studies. The President also touched on housing. He talked about housing programmes in every constituency to benefit Kenyans who do not own houses. This will bring dignity to our people by ensuring that they live in decent houses. In terms of health, he touched on universal healthcare as envisioned in the Social Health Insurance Act. Our people will be assured of a medical insurance to help them access medication.
