I heard somebody comparing it with the era of Moi, who ruled for 24 years. There is no comparison there! You cannot compare somebody who has served 24 years with one who has served for just one year. What I want people to see, and I do not know why we cannot see, is that the Hustler Fund has helped too many people and no other Government has ever done this. The exemplary performance of the Hustler Fund should be taken seriously because it is good."
