    "content": "Although, in his Speech the President did not mention tea, the reforms in this sector are being seen. For example, the tea and coffee bonuses were given and there was an increase in the farmers pockets which they appreciated. Regarding the milk sector, in his Speech he talked about having coolers to boost its quality. I pray for the milk prices to rise so farmers do not get less than Ksh50 per litre."
