    "content": "On savings, the saving culture has been embraced. That is why the NSSF has grown by 6.5 per cent and I appreciate. The Hustler Fund where most hustlers borrow and repay is a plus to us. In the education sector, employment of 56,000 plus teachers is something which has never been done before. Therefore, I ask Kenyans to be patient because the cost of living will go down. I believe in next year’s speech the economic situation will have improved."
