"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Temporary Speaker, for the opportunity to contribute on the State of the Nation Address by the President of the Republic of Kenya. On that particular day when the President walked into this House, everyone was very expectant, and the President never disappointed. It was the first time that the President of the Republic of Kenya used a teleprompter in this House while giving his Speech. That was quite impressive. The President gave a progress report of what he has done since he got into office: the promises he had made, the achievements he has made and the plans he has going forward on what he intends to do. He mentioned that immediately he got into office, he appointed the six judges of the Court of Appeal, where there were very many pending cases.
