    "content": "We need to recollect all our data, recompile and put it for use in readiness for the next generation and especially the new move on artificial intelligence. This Convention is seeking to preserve cultural heritage, counteract illegal activities and promote international collaboration. For that reason, I support the ratification of this Convention. I am looking to a point where Africa can reclaim its traditional and cultural heritage, for the benefit of Africa, for today and into the future."
