    "content": "I will give my own example. I lost my dad to cancer. We are told that 50 per cent of cancer treatment is information. Training of health cadres in the specialised area of oncology to include cancer treatment as part of provision of primary healthcare (PHC) is going to be very helpful and useful as we are going to have our community health promoters (CHP) talk about cancer and also give advice on cancer treatment or lifestyle matters to ensure that cancer is prevented. With those very few remarks, I seek to support this amendment. I congratulate the Mover. Thank you."
