    "content": "A lot can be said about this Bill. As we go ahead, more attention will be paid to cancer. More Members will bring Bills on other aspects relating to it. We already have a way in which we will deal with it as far as insurance is concerned. The Social Health Insurance Act that we passed classifies cancer as a chronic disease. Patients who will be suffering from chronic diseases will be catered for under the insurance provisions of the Social Health Insurance Fund."
