    "content": "I also wish to acknowledge the presence in the Public Gallery this afternoon of a visiting delegation of nine teachers and 32 students from Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA) Kutus Childrens’ Ministry in Kirinyaga County. The delegation is in the Senate for a one-day academic exposition. Hon. Senators, in our usual tradition of receiving and welcoming visitors to Parliament, I extend a warm welcome to them and on behalf of the Senate and on my own behalf, wish them a fruitful visit. I will allow Sen. Mbugua in under one minute to extend words of welcome to the delegation from Kiambu County. Sen. M. Kajwang’ you can proceed to take your seat if you can only contribute from that seat. Proceed in under one minute, to welcome the delegation from PCEA Kutus. In that order."
