    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 33 of the Bill be amended by- (a) renumbering the existing provision as subclause (1); and (b) inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (1). (2) Without prejudice to the generality of subsection (1), the Cabinet Secretary may prescribe the minimum standards with regard to the - (a) training of extension services officers; (b) professional qualifications of extension services officers; (c) certification and registration with respect to extension services; and (d) remuneration of extension services officers."
