    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 16 of the Bill be amended- (a) by re-numbering the introductory clause as sub-clause (1); (b) by inserting the words “responsible for matters relating to trade” immediately after the words “committee member” in the new re-numbered sub-clause (1). (c) in subclause (2) by inserting the words “responsible for matters relating to trade” immediately after the words “committee member”. (d) in subclause (3) by inserting the words “responsible for matters relating to trade” immediately after the words “committee member”. (e) in subclause (4) by inserting the words “responsible for matters relating to trade” immediately after the words “committee member.”"
