    "content": "(1) Subject to the regional and international trade measures agreements to which Kenya is a party, all mung beans imports into the country shall be subject to the prevailing import duties, taxes and other tariffs and such imports shall be controlled by the Authority. (2) The Cabinet Secretary shall implement such safeguard measures as may be necessary to protect the industry from unfair trade practices."
