    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 23 of the Bill be amended - (a) in paragraph (c) by inserting the words “physical and virtual” immediately before the words “facilities, suitable to” in subparagraph (i); and (b) by inserting the following new paragraphs immediately after paragraph (f) – (g) meets the prescribed occupational safety conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Act; and (h) has no history of violation of human rights."
