    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairman, Sir, I beg to move- THAT Clause 26 of the Bill be amended by – (a) deleting paragraph (a) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - (a) support start-ups that are developing or delivering innovative products or services that solve a specific problem or fulfill a market need; (b) deleting paragraph (f) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - (f) equip startups with skills in raising capital and marketing their products; (c) deleting paragraph (i) and substituting therefor the following new paragraph - (i) support and facilitate the transfer of technology from research institutions and to the relevant startups; (d) inserting the following new paragraph immediately after paragraph (i) – (ia) provide remote support services to startups."
