    "content": "Mr. Temporary Chairperson, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 29 of the Bill be amended – (a) in subclause (1) by inserting the words “at the” immediately after the words “cultural activities”; and (b) by inserting the following new subclause immediately after subclause (1) – (1A) Every person with disability shall be entitled to use recreational or sports facilities owned or operated by the national and county governments, free of charge."
