Tobiko: Mr. Temporary Chairperson, Sir, I beg to move- THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended in – (a) paragraph (f) by deleting the words “institutions of education for the deaf cater for” appearing at the beginning of the paragraph and substituting therefor the words “ensure that educational institutions for the Deaf provide”; and (b) paragraph (h) by deleting the word “recognized” appearing immediately after the words “who are attending” and substituting therefor the word “public”."
