"content": "Today in the morning, I resumed my football session in preparation for the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA) games that are coming in just about a week. As you know, we do not have any field to train. So, we keep on moving from one place to another. Today in the morning, I was training around Magadi Road. Therefore, I had to rush to get here. Through your honour, may you give me an opportunity to welcome the team from Migori? I am very proud of these Members who have been delegated duties in the county assembly. I hope that I will get time to talk with them in our tradition in Parliament. In the spirit of rushing to get to this House, I also noticed that this is the second week since the court pronounced itself on the tussle that was between the Majority and the Minority sides on the issue of whether it was constitutional for the Cabinet Secretaries to appear before this House. The courts ruled that it is okay, to the extent that Members of the Minority side are attending the session."
