When you look at this Report, will it not be neater and in order for the Committee Members who authored the same Report to be the ones contributing last? This is because they already had an opportunity. It is like they are having a second bite at the cherry. Will it not be neater to have them contribute at a later stage because they already had an opportunity to enrich the Report? Why can we not be given a chance to contribute to the Report? We gave them an opportunity to prosecute this matter at the Committee level. It is not that they do not have a right, they do. However, for neatness and an opportunity to also clear our thinking because at least their thinking is already there. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, you can guide us because Standing Order No.1 gives you powers to provide direction to the House."
