    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, protect me from Sen. Onyonka. Under Standing Order No. 98(1) and the one on a substantive Motion, I request that Sen. Faki withdraws from mentioning Hon. (Prof.) Kithure Kindiki and brings a substantive Motion. We are willing to prosecute him. We do not have a problem if he wants to discuss the hon. Cabinet Secretary, but he must bring a substantive Motion on the Floor of the House. Sen. Faki should refrain from that. He cannot be mentioning people at the expense of gaining political convenience. I request that you rule Sen. Faki out of order."
