Orwoba and refer her to Standing Order No.101(2), that it shall be out of order to introduce an argument which has already been discussed in this House. So, while making your submission, stay away from grey areas, if you are not sure. Sen. Cherarkey, I will refer you to Standing Order No.120 on irrelevant repetition and quoting of Standing Orders, which were not relevant to your point of Order. You stated several Standing Orders. You should have stuck to the one which was particularly important to your point of order. So, on that one, I will caution you. Sen. Orwoba, please proceed with your submission."
