    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I have read the report in depth. I have been waiting to contribute to this Motion since Wednesday. On Thursday, I sat here until 6.30 p.m., the time for adjournment of the Senate. Yesterday, I was also waiting for my chance to contribute. I can see that the clerk at the table has put the light on, yet my time was interrupted. In recommendation 502 on page 155– \"The committee recommends that Parliament enacts the proposed Religious Organisations Bill, 2023, to provide a legislative framework for regulating religious organisations.\" Who will play God? Who will be the regulator of these religious institutions? This person must be higher and more significant than religious institutions. Essentially, this person must be God. I am specially elected to represent women."
