"content": "In my request, I was very specific. We were looking not just at the Second Component but the entire programme, beginning with the first phase. What we wanted to know is exactly how it has worked from inception to date. We are also asking how much has been lost, not just in the Second Component but from inception. I say so because this is not the first time this matter has come before this House. The matter came before this House way back on 25th November, 2009. The Prime Minister made a Statement in this House on the KKV programme. It was titled “The Way Forward”."
