"content": "The eight provinces were created at Independence and we cannot remain the same. The structure of our country has changed and I fully support it because any organization must be responsive to its environment. This is exactly what this Ministry has done and I want to fully support them. In the area of customer service, the chiefs have radically changed. I believe that with a further push, we can get to where we would want to be in terms of service delivery. I have looked at this budget and I am particularly perturbed with the allocation of fuel in the vast districts. I think something extra needs to be done by the Ministry to ensure that adequate fuel for security purposes is provided. During the Supplementary Estimates, it needs to be raised, given what we have in the books right now."
