    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I rise to support these very important and grave issues that the Petitioner has raised. I feel that the Departmental Committee on Education should urgently and expeditiously engage the National Treasury in liaison with the relevant committee. As the Public Petitions Committee proceeds with this Petition, they should ensure that the Ministry fixes this very important matter so that our children are not disenfranchised and can continue to enjoy free secondary education. Hon. Speaker, I support the Petition."
